Chirps, Moos and Tractor to do’s

The farm is wide awake. And so is everything on it.

The rooster is up before anyone else — his chick trotting behind on a string, trying its best to keep up. The tractor waits in the yard, patient and ready, just begging for a vroom vroom. Behind one gate, ostriches pace and plot — hold it shut, whatever you do. Behind another, a cow waits to be discovered by whoever figures out how to open it first. A windpump turns slowly in the distance against a wide Karoo sky, and somewhere in that panel, something crinkles unexpectedly for those curious enough to press a little closer. And the sheep — soft and woolly and utterly unbothered — graze quietly with their young, the most touchable thing on the whole farm.

Every panel has a personality. Not all of them are immediately obvious.

Opening, closing, holding and discovering builds fine motor skills, cause-and-effect understanding and early language — every vroom vroom, every baa, every creak of a gate is a conversation waiting to happen.
